14-Day Refund Window
Because Tanfust sells digital products that are delivered immediately, our refund policy is:
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have not yet downloaded the Product or used its license. After download or license activation, refunds are granted at our discretion — typically for clear defects, misrepresentation, or technical incompatibility we cannot resolve.
We'd rather make it right than keep money for a Product you can't use. If something's wrong, tell us.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@wassimbenr.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The name of the Product
- Your Paddle order or transaction reference, if you have it
- A short note on what went wrong (so we can fix it)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How Refunds Are Processed
Tanfust products are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (and its affiliates) as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle directly to your original payment method. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, the license to the Product is revoked. You agree to stop using the Product and remove it from any work in progress.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us at contact@wassimbenr.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you and with Paddle to resolve the issue quickly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in termination of your account and access to any Products you've purchased.
