Welcome to Tanfust. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tanfust marketplace at tanfust.com, operated by Tanfust ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Tanfust, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About Us

Tanfust is operated by Wassim Benromdhane.

About the Service

Tanfust is a marketplace of essentialist digital products for builders — boilerplates, components, templates, prompts, SOPs, and integrations. You purchase access to a product, download it (or receive a license/access), and use it in your own projects.

Definitions

  • Service refers to the Tanfust website and digital products available at tanfust.com.
  • User, You, or Your refers to the person or entity using the Service.
  • Product means any digital item sold through the Service (boilerplate, component, template, prompt, SOP, integration, etc.).
  • Account refers to a registered user account.
  • License means the terms on which a particular Product is sold (per-product licenses are listed on each Product page).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tanfust, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of Service

Permitted Use

You may use Tanfust to:

  • Browse, purchase, and download digital Products
  • Use purchased Products in your personal, commercial, or client projects, subject to the License attached to each Product
  • Create an account to manage your purchases and downloads

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense a Product as-is or as a substantial part of a competing product
  • Share account credentials or download links to bypass payment
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Products without permission
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Circumvent rate limits, license checks, or access restrictions

Account Terms

Account Creation

  • You authenticate via Google, GitHub, or other supported OAuth providers
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Termination

  • You may close your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to access download links and license validation through the Service ends; Products already downloaded remain yours to use under their License

Purchases and Billing

  • Prices are listed in the Service and may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • All purchases are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (collectively "Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for Tanfust. This means Paddle — not Tanfust — is the seller of record and counterparty on the transaction. Paddle handles billing, payment processing, sales tax and VAT collection, invoicing, and chargebacks.
  • By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms of Use at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Your payment card details are handled directly by Paddle and never stored on our servers.
  • All prices are displayed exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your billing location.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are issued and processed by Paddle.

Licensing and Ownership

Your License

When you purchase a Product, you receive the license specified on that Product's page. Unless stated otherwise, a typical Tanfust license grants you:

  • The right to use the Product in your own personal and commercial projects
  • The right to modify the Product for use in those projects
  • The right to deploy the resulting work as part of your application or website

Unless stated otherwise, a typical Tanfust license does NOT grant you:

  • The right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product as-is
  • The right to share the Product publicly (e.g., posting source files to a public repository)
  • Ownership of the Product itself

Each Product page is the source of truth for its specific license. Where the Product page conflicts with these Terms, the Product page wins for that Product.

Our Content

  • Tanfust's design, branding, marketing copy, and proprietary code are our intellectual property
  • You may not copy or imitate Tanfust's branding or marketplace presentation
  • You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Your Content

You retain all rights to the projects you build using Tanfust Products. We make no claim on what you build with what you buy.

Service Availability

No Warranty

The Service and all Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • That a Product is free of defects or compatible with every environment
  • Specific outcomes from using a Product

Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service
  • Add or remove Products from the catalog
  • Update these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for future purchases

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater
  • We are not responsible for how you use the Products you purchase
  • We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions or data loss

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact us at contact@wassimbenr.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you and with Paddle to resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of your account and license.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tanfust harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms or a Product's License
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

Privacy

Your use of Tanfust is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Tanfust integrates with third-party services:

  • Paddle: Merchant of Record — billing, payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, fraud prevention
  • Supabase: Authentication and account storage
  • Vercel: Hosting infrastructure
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery
  • Google / GitHub: OAuth authentication

We are not responsible for third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

Intellectual Property Claims

If you believe content on Tanfust infringes your intellectual property, contact us at contact@wassimbenr.com with details, proof of ownership, and identification of the allegedly infringing content. We will investigate and respond promptly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital-commerce law and, where relevant, the laws of Tunisia (the jurisdiction of Tanfust). Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, any dispute directly related to a purchase transaction may also be subject to Paddle's own terms and the jurisdiction that governs them.

Dispute Resolution

  • Please contact us first to resolve any issues
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings
  • For purchase-related disputes, Paddle's Buyer Terms and dispute procedures also apply

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and the License of each Product constitute the entire agreement between you and Tanfust regarding the Service.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
